You may return your apron to us for disposal. Please contact us first for instructions.
- Can my apron be re-covered?
Sometimes. Please contact us and we can let you know if it is feasible for it to be recovered.
- I forgot to have my apron monogrammed - can it be done now?
Aprons cannot be monogrammed after shipment. We cannot monogram through the protective material, as it would destroy the protective qualities of the apron.
- Are replacement parts available?
In some cases. Contact us for the availability of replacement parts.
- How do I adjust exposure on my ID printer?
Remove the black plastic cover on the right side of the unit. There is a slotted screw adjustment under the cover. Use a screwdriver and make minor turns until the desired exposure is achieved.
- Are apron color swatches available?
Yes, please contact us and we will send one to you.
- How do I test my apron?
Contact the Radiation Officer of your facility for proper procedures.
